Jameson’s Folly takes the stage from 7:30 – 10:30 pm!

The Forge Tavern is excited to welcome Jameson’s Folly back to our venue! Come join us for our Medieval Monster Mash!

This is a ticketed event. You must head over to our website to purchase your ticket in order to attend.

We are older kid friendly! Please try to keep costumes to a family friendly theme. It can be “PG-13” but not too gory please. No children under 13 please.

Tickets can only be purchased as a full table. We have a few options for seating sizes. Please read the table size and requirements carefully. There will be no refunds issued. You will be seated at the table you have paid for.

The Pumpkin Jack Table – $150.00 per table, can seat up to 10 people Only 1 of these available. This is located in a side area and is partially obstructed from the stage in the main room.

The Vampire – $120.00 per table – Can seat up to 6 people 2 of these available in the main room.

The Witch – $80.00 per table – Can seat up to 4 people. There will be 4 of these tables available in the main room.

The Goblin – $80.00 per table – Can seat up to 4 people each. 4 available. This is in the room furthest from the stage. View is mildly obstructed if at all.

The Necromancer/Undead – $40.00 per table – Can set up to 2 people. 2 available in the main room.

Just Added!  Far, Far Away!!  – Can seat up to 2 people.  2 available in the room far, far away.

When purchasing your table, please take into consideration the size for seating. For example, A table that will seat up to 4 people cannot have a group of 5. We are seating to keep up with the state mandates for distancing. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation.

COSTUME CONTEST RULES:
Dress the theme of your table! Be creative. For example: if you have witch table, there are other possibilities such as warlock, cauldron, and other creative ideas.

The themes will be judged as:
Best Over all Creative Themed Costume
2nd Place Themed Costume
Others will include:
Imaginative
Creative
Good Effort

Cash (gift card) prizes awarded.

Masks are required when not actively eating and drinking. Masks must be worn when you are standing up at any time (except for the band while performing). If you don’t have your own mask, we do have a selection available for purchase. They are $10.00 per mask.

FOOD AND DRINKS:
We will have a special menu for this event with themed food and drinks. Our regular menu options may not be available in order to bring to you our specialty themed menu.

Alcohol sales will run up to 10pm as per the new state order. We cannot serve alcohol after that time. All alcoholic beverages must be cleared by 11pm according to the new rules for the state of Ohio. We appreciate your cooperation.
